2. Application of the general terms and conditions of use
2.1 These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter ‘T&Cs’) define the rights and obligations applicable to you as a user (hereinafter “User”) when accessing our website (hereinafter ‘the Website’).
2.2 Accessing and/or using the Site implies acceptance of the GTCU and any amendments made thereto, without prejudice to any specific contractual terms that may apply.
2.3 Coverseal reserves the right to amend these GTCU at any time without notice. Users are expected to periodically review any changes made to these GTCU.

7.4 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Location Permissions
Our app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to connect to nearby devices. BLE requires access to location services to perform scans, although we do not track or store any location data. Location permissions are requested solely to facilitate communication via BLE, and your location is not stored or used for any other purpose. You can manage or revoke Bluetooth and location permissions at any time via your device settings.

9. Miscellaneous
9.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms of Use.
