The protection of personal data is very important to Coverseal, which undertakes to process such data in accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR’). Coverseal processes your personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable:

We retain this personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. With regard to our suppliers, intermediaries and resellers, the data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. With regard to our prospects (people who contact us on the website to request information or a quote), the data is retained for one year.
For customers, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for two years after the end of the contractual relationship.

We take all reasonable measures to prevent the loss, misuse, publication, unauthorised access or modification of your personal data. The necessary measures are taken, both technically and organisationally, to ensure a sufficient level of security. The data we collect is stored in a secure environment and treated confidentially. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. When we collaborate with other parties, we require them to provide the same level of security.
