In connection with its activities and your use of the website https://www.coverseal.com, Becoflex S.A., with its registered office at 8, Route du Grand Peuplier – 7110 Strépy-Bracquegnies, with company number 0893.262.805 and trading under the name “Coverseal” (hereinafter “Coverseal” or “we”), is required to process your personal data in its capacity as data controller.
The protection of personal data is very important to Coverseal, which undertakes to process such data in accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR’). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the personal data we use, why we use it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights in relation to this data.

1. How do we collect your data?
The information we process may be:

Coverseal processes the above personal data solely for the following purposes:

Coverseal processes your personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable:

4. How does Coverseal store this personal data?
We retain this personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. With regard to our suppliers, intermediaries and resellers, the data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. With regard to our prospects (people who contact us on the website to request information or a quote), the data is retained for one year.
For customers, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for two years after the end of the contractual relationship.
When we collect data based on your consent, its processing ends as soon as you withdraw your consent.
Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

- Our partners, insofar as they need this data to fulfil their duties:

This data is stored on our integrated ERP management software. Coverseal does not systematically transfer data outside the European Union. In certain cases, Coverseal may need to transfer your contact details to countries outside the European Union (Israel, Norway, Switzerland) when your request concerns a swimming pool located in one of these countries.
5. How do we protect your data?
We take all reasonable measures to prevent the loss, misuse, publication, unauthorised access or modification of your personal data. The necessary measures are taken, both technically and organisationally, to ensure a sufficient level of security. The data we collect is stored in a secure environment and treated confidentially. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. When we collaborate with other parties, we require them to provide the same level of security. 6. How does Coverseal use cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a website visitor’s browser.

- SSR-caching (session duration): Indicates the rendering of a site.
- smSession (permanent, 2 weeks): Identifies visitors logged in to the site.
This information is stored by Google on servers located in the United States. Under EU law, Google may only provide the information to third parties if it is legally required to do so or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
