head office 8, Route du Grand Peuplier - 7110 Strépy-Bracquegnies, company number 0893.262.805, performing
its activities under the commercial name: “Coverseal” (hereafter “Coverseal” or “we”) is occasioned to process
personal data concerning you, as data manager.
The protection of data of a personal nature is very important to Coverseal, which undertakes to process these data
in compliance with Regulation no.2016/679 relating to the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and to the free circulation of these data (“GDPR”).
The aim behind this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the personal data that we use, the reasons
we use them, the duration we retain them for and the formalities of exercising your rights in relation to these
data.

The information we process can be:

Coverseal processes your personal data in accordance with the following legal bases, as applicable:

HOW DOES COVERSEAL RETAIN THESE PERSONAL DATA?
We retain these personal data for a period not exceeding the necessary duration with regard to the purposes for which they are processed.
Concerning our suppliers, intermediaries and dealers, the data are retained for the whole duration
of the contractual relationship.
Concerning our prospects (persons who contact us on the site in order to ask us for information or an offer),
the data are retained for one year.
Concerning customers, the data are retained for the whole duration of the contractual relationship and for 2 years
after the end of the contractual relationship.
When we gather data on the basis of your consent, processing will terminate as soon as
you withdraw your consent.
Personal data can be transferred to the following categories of addressees:

- Our partners as far as they need these data in order to fulfil their assignment;

These data are retained on our ERP integrated management software package. Coverseal does not systematically transfer
data beyond the European Union. In certain cases, Coverseal may be occasioned to transfer your contact details
to countries outside the European Union (Israel, Norway, Switzerland) when your query concerns a swimming pool
situated in one of these countries.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We undertake all reasonable measures in order to avoid the loss, misuse, publication, unauthorised access to or amendment
of your personal data. Vital measures are taken, both on the technical
and organisational side, to ensure a sufficient level of security. The data we collect are retained in
a secure environment and handled confidentially. Persons working for us are under obligation to respect
the confidentiality of your information. When we work together with other parties, we demand the same standard
of security from them.

HOW DOES COVERSEAL USE COOKIES?
Cookies are little pieces of information stored on the browser of the visitor to the site.

- smSession (permanent, 2 weeks): Identify visitors connected to the site.
This information is stored by Google on servers situated in the United States. In accordance with E.U. law, Google is only able
