F.A.Q.

  • My Coverseal has stopped opening/closing. What do I do?

First of all, it is vital to check that nothing is impeding correct operation of your Coverseal (object, wet wipe, mask, branch, dirt, does the pool contain the required water level, etc.)

    Automatic model

1° Push both buttons on the wired control system at the same time

2° Check that the overwintering switch is ON before using the remote control. It may also be that the transmitter's battery is out of service (easy to replace)

3° Your battery is probably out of power, you can perform manual maintenance

4° For all other mechanical concerns, refer to the user manual or contact your reseller as soon as possible.

    Semi-Automatic model

1° Check that the battery in your remote control is charged

2° Your battery is probably out of power, you can perform manual maintenance

3° For all other mechanical concerns, refer to the user manual or contact your reseller as soon as possible.

    Manual mode

For all mechanical concerns, refer to the user manual or contact your reseller as soon as possible.

  • How much does a new membrane cost?

We have sometimes had to change membranes following, for example, domestic accidents (rototiller, etc.) or after wild or large animals have walked over it (stag, cow, horse, etc.) and stretched and slashed it. The average cost of a membrane is around €2500-3000 excluding VAT (not including fitting).
