SCOPE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
2.1 The present terms and conditions of use (hereafter “TCU”) define the rights and obligations that apply to you
as the user (hereafter “User”) when you access our internet site (hereafter “the Site”).
2.2 Access to and/or use of the Site implies acceptance of the TCU and of any amendments that are made to them,
without prejudice to any specific contractual conditions that may be applicable.
2.3 Coverseal reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend the present TCU.
The User is assumed to take occasional note of the changes made to the present TCU.

3.1 Coverseal reserves the right to perform amendments or corrections on the internet site, as well as on the information
contained within it; to delete the information contained within the internet site, and/or to interrupt or suspend,
in full or in part, functionalities of the internet site or access to the internet site itself (for the purposes of maintenance
or any other technical and operational purposes).

4.1 The User acknowledges that he is solely authorised to use the internet site in order to search for information, raise

outside of any contractual relationship with Coverseal. This information cannot constitute

5.2 Coverseal takes all reasonable pains to ensure exactness of this information but does not guarantee
that this information is free of any errors or omissions.
5.3 Coverseal cannot be held responsible (except in the event of grave or intentional error on its part) for direct
or indirect damage (except in the case of physical damage caused to the User) that may arise from:

6.2 Unless there is a legal exception, all reproduction, in full or in part, and/or all communication to the public of elements
featuring on the site are prohibited without the prior written agreement of Coverseal.
6.3 The User undertakes not to withdraw, alter or obscure any notice of author’s rights or indication of protection by
an intellectual property right appearing on the site.

7.1 Coverseal uses the data provided by the User via the contact form on the site or by e-mail in order to respond
to his queries, request for a quote or an appointment.

9.1 The nullity or non-legally binding nature of any one of the provisions of the present TCU shall not affect the validity of the remaining
provisions of the TCU.
9.2 Any communication or complaint concerning the internet site or the present terms and conditions of use must

9.3 The absence of the exercising by Coverseal of any right arising from the present TCU does not constitute renunciation of this right.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present TCU are governed by Belgian law, without regard to provisions on conflict of laws in space.
Any dispute arising from the present T&C 4 or in relation to these latter shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals
of the arrondissement of Brussels.
